1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Registration & Account

To use the services of 313bet, you are required to create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, CPF, valid email address, and mobile number. The 313bet may request additional identity verification documents at any time, including a photo ID and proof of address.

• Only one account is allowed per person, per CPF, and per IP address.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or using false information during registration is prohibited.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable — sharing your login credentials with others is not allowed.

3. Minimum Age

Use of the platform 313bet is strictly forbidden for users under 18. By creating an account, you declare, under your sole responsibility, that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.

The 313bet implements technical and procedural measures to prevent minors from accessing the platform and fully complies with all legal obligations relating to the protection of minors established under Brazilian law.

4. Deposits

Deposits at 313bet are processed exclusively through Brazilian payment methods accepted by the platform. The minimum deposit is R$ 5.00, and the balance is credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation. No fees are charged by the 313bet on deposits — any bank fees are the user's responsibility.

Accepted payment methods:

• Pix — via QR Code or Pix key, with instant credit at any Brazilian bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander, and others).

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 313bet are processed exclusively via Pix to a bank account held in the registered user's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00, with a processing time of up to 15 seconds after the request is submitted, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including national holidays.

• The destination Pix account must be registered under the CPF of the 313bet account holder.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted, regardless of any family relationship.
• The 313bet may require additional identity verification before processing the first withdrawal or withdrawals above certain amounts, as required by regulatory compliance.
• Bonus balance is subject to the rollover requirements described in section 6 before it can be released for withdrawal.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these terms, the 313bet may suspend withdrawal processing for up to 30 days for investigation purposes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

The 313bet offers bonuses and promotions to its users, including a welcome bonus, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to competitions such as Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, and UFC events. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of each offer.

General rules that apply to all bonuses offered by 313bet:

• Each bonus is valid for one account per user, CPF, residential address, and device.
• The 100% welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 on your first deposit is subject to a minimum rollover of 5x the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50, to be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Voided bets, void bets, and bets settled via Cash Out before the event ends do not count toward rollover requirements.
• Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate. Real balance can be withdrawn at any time, subject to a minimum of R$ 20.00; bonus balance is only released for withdrawal once the rollover requirement has been met.
• The 313bet reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse or misuse of the offer is suspected.
• The use of multiple accounts, player agreements, or any strategy aimed solely at meeting rollover requirements without genuinely exposing your balance to betting risk is strictly prohibited.

7. General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 313bet are subject to the general rules described in this section and to the sport-specific rules available on the platform. By confirming a bet, the user declares that they understand and accept the conditions applicable to that market.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. It is not possible to cancel or modify a confirmed bet, except when the Cash Out feature is available and used by the user before the event ends.
• The 313bet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical or publishing error. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full to the user's account.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed to a date more than 36 hours after the originally scheduled time, pre-event bets are voided and stakes are refunded.
• In parlay bets, if one leg is voided, the bet is recalculated with the voided event's odds replaced by 1.00 (neutral odds).
• The 313bet may impose maximum bet limits per event, market, or user at its sole discretion, for the purpose of managing operational risk.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets on the platform is strictly prohibited.

The main sports covered include football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, and international leagues), volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA and UFC, tennis, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, VALORANT, FIFA), and other sports available on the platform at any given time.

8. Live Betting & Cash Out

Live bets on 313bet are accepted while the event is in progress, subject to real-time odds availability. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, odds are updated continuously and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments in the game (goals, red cards, serious injuries, VAR reviews, and similar occurrences).

• A live bet is only confirmed once accepted by the system, at the odds in effect at the moment of confirmation — not necessarily the odds displayed when the request was initiated, should they change during processing.
• The Cash Out feature allows users to settle a bet before the event ends, at a value calculated in real time by the 313bet. The Cash Out value may be higher or lower than the original stake, depending on how the event is unfolding.
• Cash Out may not be available for all bets, markets, or events. Availability is indicated in the platform interface.
• Once Cash Out is used, the bet is permanently settled and the final result of the event has no impact on the amount received.
• If a technical failure prevents Cash Out from being processed, the bet runs to the final result of the event and is settled as normal.

9. Casino, Poker & Crash Games

The casino, poker, and crash games available on 313bet use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors, ensuring results are genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by the platform or any third party.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

Any real-money balance available in the account at the time of closure will be returned via Pix to the account holder's registered account after identity verification, within up to 5 business days.

The 313bet may close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.

• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the requested timeframe.
• Request by the user through the responsible gambling self-exclusion program.
• Order from a competent regulatory or judicial authority.
